Incorporated in 1999, Alpha Land (formerly known as Layun Enterprises Sdn Bhd) started out as Petronas's licensed contractor, with a focus on the oil & gas industry.

The company achieved Quality Project Management & QHSSE certifications and incorporated them into its own core services. In addition, they decided to diversify by venturing into private and government sectors in the building and infrastructure industry.

Over the years, the company became a key supportive contractor and partner in both public and government sectors by providing various areas of expertise and services.

The company was later expanding into numerous property developments, civil engineering and construction projects. The company boasts a stellar track record in developing and constructing a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Although having quickly established itself as one of the biggest engineering and construction brands in East Malaysia, Alpha Land remains true to its beginnings in Engineering and Construction.
